Documentation alone is not evidence. Only independent confirmation establishes operational reality.

Commission is agreed and documented in advance of introduction, under NCNDA and IMFPA, lodged with the appointed paymaster.
The firm does not accept retainers, introduction fees, or any payment in advance of performance — and will not participate in transactions where such payments are requested of our clients.
Standards
Every broker at NYX Markets is trained to a single internal framework covering market structure, product specification, transaction architecture, shipping, documentation, diligence and execution. No broker is assigned a live mandate before that framework is complete.
Declining is a deliberate function of the model. It is what allows the firm to stand behind every counterparty it introduces.
